Water/Nanofluid Pulsating Flow in Thermoelectric Module for Cooling Electric Vehicle Battery Systems

We investigated the results of cooling performance pulsating water/nanofluids flowing in thermoelectric module for electric vehicle battery systems. The experimental system was designed and constructed to consider effects water block configuration, hot cold side flow rates, supplied power input, coolant types on module. measured from present study with Peltier are verified against those without Before entering battering a module, inlet temperatures were 2.5-3.5℃ lower than system. On side, maximum COP 1.10 1.30 nanofluids as coolant, respectively. obtained approach can be used optimize technique operate an appropriate temperature range getting higher energy storage, durability, lifecycles, efficiency.
